运用电磁将温度加热至400-450℃时将滤网片塑料杂质清除。电磁烧网机采取最新的塑料聚丙烯经融化和热分解，塑料渣流入出渣筒清理，再利用的功能，金属滤网片应无残留塑料杂质，经过油烟冷切器达到油烟分离及喷淋烟雾除尘，排出的气体允许有柴油气味和少量白色烟雾。此设备具有体积小、效率高、无污染的优点，节能环保效果显著。相比于明火直接燃烧更安全、更智能化，且能够有效减少成本和工工人的劳动强度，只需对设备输入温度、时间就能自动化操作，中途无需人工干预。该设备完成整个流程只需要 2-3 小时，与传统的烧网机相比，时间上也大大缩短了。同时节能省电，设备完成整个操作仅耗费 80 度电。
