Ⅲ、性能及特点 / Performance & Characteristics
本机可用圆丝或扁丝作为经线、扁丝作为纬线编织网眼编织袋，经切割、缝纫包装蔬菜、瓜果的包装袋。采用滚珠式与梭子底板接触，将传统的梭子底板的滑动摩擦改变为滚动摩擦，避免了原滑动摩擦润滑油污染编织袋的问题。而且滚珠结构摩擦系数小，耗电小，又可提高转速，主机变频无极调速
This machine use round tape or flat tape as warp yarn, use flat tape as weft yarn to make mesh bags for vegetable or fruit bags. It adopts roll ball contact with the shuttle bottom plate,changes the traditional sliding friction into rolling friction of the shuttle bottom plate, which avoid the problem of the original sliding friction lubricating oil pollute the mesh bag. And theroll ball structure with low friction coefficient, low power cost and can raise the rotate speed. The machine adopt frequency conversion stepless speed adjust.
