LCRD-1100 model pinch bottom machine is an equipment designed and manufactured for bag with the bag bottom folding and paste. This machine possesses all the following functions: the dividing of piles of bag pieces, automatically aligning of bag pieces, bags-claws detaching, bag compacting and transporting, incision, edge folding, glue spray, compact, counting, output in piles and so on.
This equipment is composed of the bag feeding machine, automatically into bag mechanism, sucking disc bag dividing mechanism, vacuum system, automatically aligning device of bag pieces, bags-claws detaching mechanism, bag compacting and transporting machine, hemmer, gluing machine, pressing and folding machine, counter, rapid bag sending mechanism, output in piles mechanism, bag dropping platform, electrical system, aerodynamic system and so on.
Manufacturing technique, the workers pack the plastic woven bag pieces in piles on the bag putting platform（200-300 pieces）-- the stacked bag pieces into the bags and to the sucking disc bag dividing mechanism -- the sucking disc suck and divide the bags-- finish the transportation of single bag piece -- align automatically the bag pieces -- impact the bag pieces and transport -- incision -- edge folding -- glue spray -- compact -- count by the counter -- throw the bags rapidly on the collecting machine -- output in piles (10 - 30 pieces) -- manually take piles of bags and pack them on the trays or platforms, turn to packaging process.
This machine adopts the computer operating system. All the parameters of bags are inputted through the touch screen, such as Conveying Speed, the width of bag, bag folding and counting and so on. All the operations reach automatically to the production requirements by PLC calculation with easy operation. During normal service, the staffs only need to pack the stacked bag pieces on the bag putting platform and take the stacked bags away which can greatly reduce the labour intensity, the proficiency requirement on the workers and improve the labor efficiency.
